This dimension will use your Campaign or Adgroup or Account names (or any other dimensions) to identify correctly the market.
For each data-sources, youâll indicate how your market is identified in the campaign name.
Example: âFRâ in the Google Search Account Name or âFRâ in the Google Search Campaign Name indicates that the campaign is targeting the French market.
Repeat for each value of your Market dimension (values: Monaco, Amériques, UK etc.)

Naming convention advise
Our conditional dimensions use your dimensions naming. Then, for the sake of maintenance and easiness of use of our conditional dimension, it is important that the naming in your advertising is consistent.
Ex: If you created a âMarketâ custom dimension based on the condition âGoogle Search Campaign Nameâ contains âUKâ to have the âUnited Kingdomâ value for this âMarketâ dimension.
If tomorrow, you name a campaign âxxxxx United Kingdomâ, it wonât have the âUnited Kingdomâ value because it doesnât comply with the initial condition.
If tomorrow, you name a campaign âLUKEâ, it will have the âUnited Kingdomâ value because it does comply with the initial condition.
Our recommendation would be to have a consistent naming convention accross your channels and also to use _ or - to avoid any mistakes.
To give a couple of examples:
-FR- or FR_ to indicate France
-Brand- or BRD_ to indicate Branded campaigns
AlwaysOn- or AlwaysOn_
