Channel affinity (Premium)
The channel affinity report aims to show the most efficient channel pairing for conversions.
Choose a channel and discover the most efficient channel combinations!
To create an empty channel affinity report, click on the New report button in the left-hand menu and choose Empty channel affinity report in the middle.

To create a channel affinity report you have to choose 4 elements :
Conversion metric
Time period
Channel
Parameters (optional)
1- Conversion metric
Choosing a conversion metric is compulsory. The Conversion metric is there by default but it is possible to choose other custom attributed metrics that were defined previously in the attribution setting up process.
Important to note that at the same time you can only choose one conversion metric!

2- Time period
Using the calendar you can choose the period you want to see in your report. We offer standard periods (last 30 days, this month, last week etc.) but you can also choose a custom period.

2- Channel
Choose the channel you want to use in the report thanks to the channel menu. All the channels that are in your data sources are available to choose. Note that you can only choose one channel per report.
4- Parameters (optional)
Clicking on the Parameters icon opens the filters menu.
If you want a more granular report you can choose the number of events before and after the channel which can be 1 or 2.
By default the channel affinity report counts events with mutli touchpoints, however the βKeep single eventsβ slide lets you decide whether you would like to include your single events or not.

After selecting everything click on the Go! button to generate your report!
